CHECK-IN / BOARDING

BOARDING

At main public terminal, except for the following :

To ensure comfort during the trip, passengers who require special assistance are recommended to contact the reservation center directly at 1-888-885-8777, upon purchase of the ticket.

Service animals:

A certified guide dog or service animal is accepted on board any Pascan aircraft provided it is held in a harness. The passenger must also provide, when booking, the certificate attesting that the animal has been trained by a professional animal training organization in order to help a person in need of assistance.
The carrier will accept, free of charge, a service animal of a person with a disability. This person will be entitled to the full baggage allowance.
The transporter will determine, in consultation with the person with the disability, where they and the animal will sit in order to have sufficient space.

Wheelchair :

A passenger in a wheelchair is welcome on Pascan's flights. Most "foldable" type wheelchairs are accepted on board. However, some equipment such as rigid frame and / or electric wheelchairs may not be accepted due to lack of space and / or limitations imposed by the design of the aircraft, or both. If the passenger wishes to transport their personal wheelchair to their destination, Pascan will provide them with a borrowed wheelchair at check-in, so that theirs can be checked in before boarding.

Seat belt extension

A passenger who requires a seat belt extension must request it when booking.
