1. The “Fans en l’air” contest is held by Pascan. The contest will run on the Internet from August 30th 16:00 ET, to October 20th 24:00 ET.
ELIGIBILITY
2. Open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer or of its subsidiaries, their advertising and promotional agencies or suppliers of prizes, products, services and material related to this contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse and any individuals with whom such employees, agents and representatives are domiciled, are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
3. No purchase required. To participate, visit the Pascan Facebook page during the Contest Period. Follow the instructions to access the electronic entry form. Complete the entry form by entering your first name, last name, address (including postal code), city, province and telephone number (including the area code), email address, gender and birth date. You must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question. You must then confirm that you are eligible to enter the contest and that you accept the contest rules. Click on “Submit” to send your entry form no later than October 20th 24:00 ET, in accordance with the dates provided in Section 9 of the contest rules. Upon receipt of a confirmation message, you will then automatically be entered in the contest. To participate in the contest, you must not refuse “cookies”.

8. Odds of winning. The odds of an entrant’s entry being selected to win the Grand Prize depends on the total number of entries duly registered during the Contest Period in accordance with Sections 3 and 4 of these contest rules.
AWARDING OF PRIZES
9. Before being declared the winner of the prize, the entrant whose entry is drawn must:
a) Be contacted by email by the Contest Organizer within seven (7) days of the draw;
b) Sign the declaration and release form (Declaration Form) that the Contest Organizer will provide him/her by email, fax or mail and return it by mail to the Contest Organizer within ten (10) days of receiving it.
10. Failure to comply with any one of the conditions above or any other condition contained in these contest rules, or refusal of the prize, will cause the selected entrant to be automatically disqualified and forfeit the prize. In such a case, a new random draw shall be held to award the prize in compliance with these contest rules until an entrant is selected and declared a winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
11. Entry forms and Declaration Forms are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer. Any entry form or Declaration Form which is, as the case may be, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, submitted late, not bearing the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise noncompliant shall be rejected and will not entitle the entrant to be entered in the contest or to win a prize.
12. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or to cancel one or several entries by an entrant who participates or tries to participate in this contest by using methods that do not comply with these contest rules or that are unfair to the other entrants. Such an entrant may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
13. The prizes must be accepted as described in these contest rules and may not be transferred to another person, replaced by another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash, except as provided in the section below.
14. In the event that it is impossible, difficult and/or more costly for the Contest Organizer to award a prize (or a portion thereof) as described in these contest rules, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize (or a portion thereof) with one of the same kind and of equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, with the cash value of the prize (or a portion thereof) as indicated in the contest rules.
15. Each winner releases and holds harmless the Contest Organizer, its affiliates, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, agents and representatives from and against any damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize. To be declared a winner, and prior to obtaining his/her prize, the entrant selected to win the grand prize must sign a Declaration Form to such effect. In addition, any adult guest and the parent or legal guardian of any minor guest, as the case may be, must also sign such a Declaration Form, failing which he/she may not take part in the trip.
16. The person selected for the grand prize acknowledges that from the moment the reservations are made, the fulfillment of prize-related obligations becomes the full and sole responsibility of the various service suppliers. A statement to such effect will be included in the Declaration Form.
17. The Contest Organizer, its affiliates, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, agents and representatives, disclaim all liability for any of the following that may limit or prevent any entrant’s participation in the contest: malfunctioning of any computer component, software or communications line; loss or lack of a communications network; or any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network. The Contest Organizer, its affiliates, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, agents and representatives also disclaim all liability for any damages or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any Web page or software or by the transmission of any information related to participation in the contest.
18. The Contest Organizer does not warrant that access to or use of the contest website will be uninterrupted during the Contest Period or error-free.
19. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this contest in whole or in part, or to terminate it, should human intervention or an event take place that could modify or affect the administration, security, impartiality or conducting of the contest as provided in these contest rules, subject to approval by the Régie des alcools, des courses et de jeux du Québec, if necessary.
20. In the event that the computer system cannot record all the contest entries during the Contest Period for whatever reason, or if participation in the contest must be terminated in whole or in part before the ending date of the contest as provided in the contest rules, the Contest Organizer, at its discretion, may proceed with the draw among the entries duly registered during the Contest Period or, as the case may be, up to the date of the event terminating participation in the contest.
21. In no event shall the Contest Organizer, its affiliates, their advertising and promotional agencies, the suppliers of goods, materials or services related to this contest, and their employees, agents and representatives be required to award more prizes than those indicated in these contest rules or to award a prize otherwise than in accordance with these contest rules.
22. Persons who enter or try to enter this contest release the Contest Organizer, his/her affiliates, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, agents and representatives from any liability for damage they may incur as a result of their participation or their attempt to participate in the contest.
23. Each selected entrant authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, if required, its name, photo, likeness, statement regarding the prize, place of residence and/or voice for publicity purposes, without additional compensation. A statement to such effect will be included in the Declaration Form.
24. Any decision by the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this contest is final and without appeal, subject to a ruling by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec on any issue under its jurisdiction.
25. For the purposes of these contest rules, the entrant is the person whose personal information appears on the entry form. It is to this person to whom the prize will be awarded if he/she is selected and declared a winner.
26. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organisation of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
27. No communication or correspondence related to this contest shall be exchanged with entrants except as provided for in the present contest rules or at the Contest Organizer’s initiative.
28. Entrants’ personal information collected for the purposes of the contest will be used only to administer the contest. No commercial or other communications unrelated to the contest will be sent to entrants, unless they have otherwise agreed to receive such communications.
29. If a section of the contest rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that section shall be considered invalid, but all unaffected sections will be applied within the limits of the law.
30. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website of this contest and/or any related site or to sabotage the legitimate course of this contest constitutes a violation of civil and criminal laws. Should there be any threats of violations, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to reject the entrant’s entries and obtain legal or equitable relief under the applicable laws.
31. In case of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these contest rules, the French version shall prevail.
