By accepting the program’s rules, you attest that your trip is for personal or leisure purposes and not for business or work, that the ticket price is not reimbursed by an employer or a legal entity, and that you have not obtained, during the financial year (from April 1 to March 31), more than six one-way tickets (or three round trips) under the RAAP, unless your principal residence is located in the regions of Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Magdalen Islands, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, or Nord-du-Québec.

In the event of a false declaration, the passenger may be excluded from the RAAP and will be responsible for reimbursing the Ministère des Transports for the amount paid by the Ministère to the carrier for the sale of this ticket.
