Fare rules :

Tickets are non-refundable due to weather conditions.  Only refundable caused by mechanical breakdown.

Réservez-tôt fare (RT) : reservations made at least seven (7) days in advance, non-refundable ticket, changes are allowed with a $75.00 plus taxes fee, date and name changes are allowed.   Ticket valid for one (1) year.   Taxes are not included.

FLEX fare : refundable ticket until 48 hours prior departure time with a $75.00 plus taxes fee, date and name changes are allowed.   Ticket valid for one (1) year.   Taxes are not included.

- Please, show up 20 minutes before your departure.   Boarding is at the main terminal, exept for Saint-Hubert and Quebec City.

- No changes allowed two (2) hours before your departure time.

- If a passenger can't travel, he has to advise the company before his scheduled departure.  Otherwise, the passenger is considered as a no show and loses automaticaly his ticket.

- Maximum bagage : 30 pounds per traveller, excess bagage will be charge at 1.50$ / lb
