While Pascan Aviation's check in procedure is quite rapid, it is strongly suggested that passengers arrive at least 30 minutes before their flight.
Special needs passengers are requested to contact directly our reservation center at: 1-888-313-8777.
Pascan Aviation reserves the right and is obliged by law to refuse any passengers under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs as determined by our staff for the safety of the flight.
Every passenger is entitled to the following free baggage allowance :
Excess baggage :
Excess baggage will be charged (1.50$ + tx per pound) at the time of check in. If the above limit is exceeded, excess baggage will be transported on a space available basis.
LIMITATION OF CARRIER RESPECTING BAGGAGE
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the liability of the carrier in respect of loss, or damage to,baggage,whether caused directly or indirectly by the act, neglect or default of the carrier or not, is limited to the sum $100.00 per passenger.
(2) The liability of the carrier is limited to the declared value of baggage except when the passenger:
(a) has declared the value of the baggage to be an amount exceeding $100.00 per passenger for any one or more passengers; and
(b) has paid an additional charge of $2.00 per $100.00 or fraction thereof for the excess amount.
(2) No action shall be maintained for any loss, or partial loss of or damage to baggage or for any delay in the carriage thereof unless notice of a claim is presented in writing to the head office of the carrier within 30 days from the date the baggage should have been delivered.
(3) In no cases shall the carrier's liability exceed the actual loss of the passenger. All claims are subject to proof of amount of loss.
LIMITATION OF CARRIER RESPECTING GOODS
(1) Subject to subsection (2) the liability of the carrier in respect of loss of, or damage to, goods, whether caused directly or indirectly by the act, neglect or default of the carrier or not, is limited to the sum of $0.50 per pound.
(2) Liability of the carrier is limited to the declared value of goods except when the passenger:
(a) has declared a value of the goods in an amount exceeding $0.50 per pound; and
(b) has paid an additional charge of $2.00 per $100.00 or fraction thereof for the excess amount.

- Unaccompanied minors are welcome aboard under the following conditions:
- Infants under 2 years of age, travelling on the same seat with a passenger of at least 12 years are free of charge. A birth certificate is required for an infant under 2 years of age.

- Bicycles and skis are not permitted.
- Animals not permitted.

Special Needs Passengers
For passengers requiring special assistance, Pascan Aviation will be glad to accommodate to the best of our abilities. Please specify the nature of assistance including animals and apparels, at the moment of booking. Our personnel will gladly inform you of our services. Unfortunately, not all apparels such as electric and rigid wheelchairs are accepted on certain aircrafts due to space limitations and or restrictions. Pascan Aviation will do their best to meet your requirements. Infants & Children
- Children under 12 years are welcomed for transportation when accompanied by a passenger of at least 12 years of age.- Unaccompanied minors are welcome aboard under the following conditions:
- the child must be brought at the airport by a parent or a responsible adult;
- the child has in his/her possession a birth certificate, proving his age at the time of travelling;
- In addition, paperwork with names, addresses and phone numbers of the responsible adult at the departure and arrival airports must also be presented at check in.
- Before the child is given to the responsible adult at destination point, the Pascan Aviation employee will require an identification and signature.
- Infants under 2 years of age, travelling on the same seat with a passenger of at least 12 years are free of charge. A birth certificate is required for an infant under 2 years of age.

Carrying of firearms :
- All firearms must be declared to Pascan Aviation
- All Firearms must be locked in their carrying case, unloaded.
- Munitions must not exceed 5kg. (11lb) total. Munitions must be packaged separately.
- Explosive cartridges or incendiaries are prohibited.
- For the transport of restricted or prohibited firearms, this form must be completed: 679-prohibited_firearms.pdf. Please note that this form is intended for individuals only (police officers, government agencies etc. are exempts).
