Pascan Aviation was founded in 1999 by Mr. Serge Charron a career Pilot since 1967. Since then, the company has been different from any other airline with a mandate to establish an independent regional airline in the province of Quebec.
Pascan Aviation is based on a concept used by a company located in Northern Ontario. With the use of Pilatus PC-12, the company is offering the most flights in low-populated areas in Ontario. This strategy answers the needs of the prosperous regions in the province of Quebec.
Pascan is now present in fifteen (15) municipalities, offering reliable scheduled flights at competitive fares.
Pascan Aviation employs approximately 230 people, including 80 pilots.
Our mission
Pascan’s mission is to set up an airline carrier which will link prosperous regions with great economical centers. The Pascan Aviation schedule is specifically designed to facilitate the travel needs of the business people by linking different regions, in the same day.
